Honestly speaking, I’ve literally looked EVERYWHERE for my 2013 Audi A7 lights...everyone was extremely over priced and the majority didn’t even a complete headlight. I found Pacific Motors on EBay, crossed my fingers and then called!! I received the most pleasant customer service ever! My Audi lights came Via UPS 2 days later on May 8th in EXCELLENT condition and fully functioning. I’d recommend them 1000%. I found a 3rd row seat for my Hummer H2 through Ebay. They took offers and they accepted my offer. It had the description and photos and also contact info for if I needed assistance. I called just to ensure everything came with it before I bought it, because the photos didn't show the entire bottom. They told me yes it came with everything for that seat, and that they set up the shipping to ship to the closest terminal and will ship freight for such a big delivery. Even better it got sent UPS Ground and they delivered it to my home today. Took about a week to get here and once I recieved it, I bolted the bracket to the seat and installed it into my Hummer H2. It was in great condition and I appreciate all the assistance and quick shipping. Would definitely use again. Thank you. I'm very satisfied with what I purchased.

Reason for two stars and not one is because of the fast response time of John F. I purchased a Battery module On the 16th of August and waited the ten days for it to arrive. I am on a time hack but the ten days was within my window. When I opened the package I found the inside box and paper packaging were saturated with oil, along with the battery leaning and exposed from padding on one side of the box. Upon further investigation I found the battery appeared to be dropped as It was cracked and leaking the oil coolant along with bent terminals. Now I understand mistakes happen on the carrier side of things, but the packaging they decided to use for a 70lbs fragile battery was paper. In this case it did not hold up. Now I promptly contacted them and they were quick to send me a return label. The thing I am upset about is the fact they wont help with the expedited shipping cost of the replacement which is $150. It is not my fault the original was packed poorly which resulted in damage. Now with this delay my project is a day late which is unacceptable. It would have been nice if they took it in their hands to compensate the expedited shipping for the replacement.EDIT- They shipped me a new one expedited. Took some back and forth E-Mails because of logistics with them finding new packing material for replacement. New battery works fine so far. Still had to pay the extra $150.

The vanity mirror on the sun visor of my E350 coupe broke, so I checked on eBay for a replacement. I couldn’t find just the vanity mirror but was able to find the entire assembly on an auction from Pacific Motors.Bidding was painless and I am happy with the price I paid.Product arrived on time and was more or less as described. The used visor was not damaged and the vanity mirror and vanity light switch worked. The visor however was really dirty with greasy finger prints all over it. It took me about 10 minutes of scrubbing with a brush and vinyl cleaner to remove the dirt and fingerprints. Then a few more minutes to remove the item number painted on to the mirror. But for the price, 15 minutes of cleaning was worth it to get a working replacement part.Overall four out of five stars.
Could not be happier with an auto parts company, and I'm not usually thrilled about the car industry's customer service. Not only does Pacific Motors deliver on their promise of quality and accurately described products, they deliver fast and free. I'm working on a personal project (Jaguar XJL) and they have everything I need at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company as they seem to have a different approach to the auto parts industry in which the customer comes first.

The vanity mirror on the sun visor of my E350 coupe broke, so I checked on eBay for a replacement. I couldn’t find just the vanity mirror but was able to find the entire assembly on an auction from Pacific Motors.Bidding was painless and I am happy with the price I paid.Product arrived on time and was more or less as described. The used visor was not damaged and the vanity mirror and vanity light switch worked. The visor however was really dirty with greasy finger prints all over it. It took me about 10 minutes of scrubbing with a brush and vinyl cleaner to remove the dirt and fingerprints. Then a few more minutes to remove the item number painted on to the mirror. But for the price, 15 minutes of cleaning was worth it to get a working replacement part.Overall four out of five stars.
Could not be happier with an auto parts company, and I'm not usually thrilled about the car industry's customer service. Not only does Pacific Motors deliver on their promise of quality and accurately described products, they deliver fast and free. I'm working on a personal project (Jaguar XJL) and they have everything I need at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company as they seem to have a different approach to the auto parts industry in which the customer comes first.
